First class section (restaurant) on the ship on the Vierwaldstättersee I would have expected better service. It was almost an effort to be served. In first class I would have expected place mats , I can see them stacked up and placed on random tables. For such a clean and luxurious looking ship I would have expected better service in the first class section. If I did not want that extra special touch I would not have upgraded to first class. Also it is boiling in here , opening the doors for some air flow on the middle deck would have made sense. Just a pity having awesome scenery and not first class service. I don’t like giving negative reviews but I do believe if one is not honest people will not know where they could improve on their service and it is also to warn that for now the upgrade to first class is not worth it. Maybe a fork is not a utensil that people use when eating chips but it would have been a nice touch in first class. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 10–20
