Unlike many Adriatic destinations known for late-night parties and nonstop entertainment, Hotel Tamaris in Tučepi offers peaceful days by the sea, a relaxed pace, and the freedom to enjoy each moment. Families and solo travelers alike feel at home here, especially those who appreciate a calm atmosphere. Mornings bring conversation over breakfast, children heading eagerly to the beach, and adults settling into their own ways to unwind. The hotel does not need to draw attention to itself. With mountains behind it and the Adriatic Sea in front, it offers a setting that blends natural beauty with a sense of escape. People come here not to show off, but to rest and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. Everyday stress fades into the background, making it easy to appreciate the moment. For us, Tamaris became more than a hotel. It is a place we think back on long after the trip ended, a reminder that true luxury can be as simple as feeling completely comfortable and at home. We stayed in one of the apartments with the kitchen. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the apartment spacious. If you need a coffee maker, toaster or a kettle, you must ask for one (delivered to the room promptly). The kitchenette felt like it's not really meant to be used, as some essentials were missing (e.g. spatula) but it's fine for breakfast. The apartment is divided into a corridor, bedroom, bathroom and living area and even the corridor is divided by a door, which might be useful for a family. We booked through their own website and specifically requested for the best view. While the view was good, it wasn't the one used in the photos with the corner balcony. All this being said, it's great for a bigger hotel, parking was super easy (and free), and the location is great.

I truly recommend this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and modern. Very comfortable beds and the bathroom was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The beach just outside the hotel was lovely and the hotel pool was nice as well. Breakfast at the hotel was also nice. Everything 5 stars would stay here again anytime. Service: 5
