It seems there was a misunderstanding about the use of the rings, our team should have explained the safety rules more clearly, especially during our kids camps, that happen during the public holidays. We completely understand your frustration and will make sure to improve communication on these points. As for the atmosphere, we always do our best to make everyone feel welcome and have a good time.
