Not recommended for toddlers. Better to go to bigger branch. The ambiance was lame. The staffs are not friendly at all. It was our 1st time to come here and will never return again. When we arrived,there was a group of kids either camp or birthday. they didn’t explained us that we are not allowed to use the rings to hook up to the rock. So there was a lady who came to us and told us that we supposed not to use it, and looking at us like she was upset.. like seriously, it’s just early in the morning and she’s having this kind of attitude.

It seems there was a misunderstanding about the use of the rings, our team should have explained the safety rules more clearly, especially during our kids camps, that happen during the public holidays. We completely understand your frustration and will make sure to improve communication on these points. As for the atmosphere, we always do our best to make everyone feel welcome and have a good time. Maybe come and try another of our blocparks, in Meyrin or Vernier ? Don't hesitate to send us an email so we can arrange for a free entry. Nice place, great for kids and experts alike. Friendly conscientious staff, and a good place for the kids to hang out with their friends on a rainy day.
