The Hey Hotel in Interlaken was a delightful surprise! We found it to be perfectly located, just blocks from the train and bus stations, which made navigating the city incredibly easy. What we didn't know was just how spectacular the view would be! We settled in for breakfast the morning after our arrival and were treated to an absolutely breathtaking show: paragliders soaring across the sky, right outside our window! It was a truly unforgettable experience and a perfect way to start the day. I wish I had asked the breakfast staff's names; they were so warm and welcoming. Our trip had been meticulously planned by a travel agent, with a focus on train journeys and skiing. Interlaken, towards the end of our itinerary, turned out to be a hidden gem. We were thrilled by the sheer number of activities and opportunities it offered. As a fan of the K-drama "Crash Landing on You," my friend was inspired to embark on a fun challenge for me: visiting all the filming locations! This added an extra layer of excitement to our stay. And a special shout-out to Marika at the reception desk, who greatly enhanced our visit with her helpful information and recommendations for exploring the area. We even enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant – it was great! We spent two wonderful days exploring Interlaken, shopping, indulging in delicious food, and soaking up the warm hospitality of the locals. The Hey Hotel provided the perfect base for our adventures. Its funky and fun atmosphere perfectly complemented the vibrant energy of Interlaken. Service: 5

The Hey Hotel Interlaken truly exceeded my expectations! 1. The reception staff’s warm and friendly welcome made the check-in process quick and enjoyable. 2. The hotel’s prime location, within walking distance to numerous restaurants, added convenience to my stay. 3. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touch of a welcome note and Valentine’s chocolate, showcasing the hotel’s attention to detail. A fantastic experience overall – five stars!
