Se ti capita di essere nei dintorni del Kunsthaus, prova questo locale. L'atmosfera ospitale del ristorante THE HEY HOTEL INTERLAKEN dipende in larga misura dal personale, che qui è davvero paziente. L'ottimo servizio ti metterà a tuo agio. L'architetto ha saputo creare un attraente arredamento. Ma la maggior parte dei frequentatori che usano Google non ha conferito in questo ristorante un rating molto alto.

The Hey Hotel in Interlaken was a delightful surprise! We found it to be perfectly located, just blocks from the train and bus stations, which made navigating the city incredibly easy. What we didn't know was just how spectacular the view would be! We settled in for breakfast the morning after our arrival and were treated to an absolutely breathtaking show: paragliders soaring across the sky, right outside our window! It was a truly unforgettable experience and a perfect way to start the day. I wish I had asked the breakfast staff's names; they were so warm and welcoming. Our trip had been meticulously planned by a travel agent, with a focus on train journeys and skiing. Interlaken, towards the end of our itinerary, turned out to be a hidden gem. We were thrilled by the sheer number of activities and opportunities it offered. As a fan of the K-drama "Crash Landing on You," my friend was inspired to embark on a fun challenge for me: visiting all the filming locations! This added an extra layer of excitement to our stay. And a special shout-out to Marika at the reception desk, who greatly enhanced our visit with her helpful information and recommendations for exploring the area. We even enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant – it was great! We spent two wonderful days exploring Interlaken, shopping, indulging in delicious food, and soaking up the warm hospitality of the locals. The Hey Hotel provided the perfect base for our adventures. Its funky and fun atmosphere perfectly complemented the vibrant energy of Interlaken. Service: 5

Other than the reception staff. Everything else was horrible ! Out of all the 7 hotels i stayed in during my vacation this hotel is the worst. The is not a 4 star hotel ! The water tap handle was not working well, the mattress was bad with one pillow ! No basic things like bathrobe or even cups in the room. The bathroom had hair in many spots from the cleaners probably and the toilet door is glass sliding door that does not give any privacy and that too had water stains all over it. The room door is not sound proof and all footsteps could be heard and can wake you up. In short we couldn’t wait to just stay the night and just leave this horrible hotel. Not worth the price at all. The breakfast is a different story. Honestly there is no need to even offer breakfast with such little options! We arrived for bf 1 hour before it closes and the egg was finished ! We didn’t even bother to eat there. Service: 1
