Shin è vicinissimo allo Zunfthaus Zur Meisen. Assaggia gli ottimi filetto americano, zuppa di miso e tempura che offre Shin. Dopo una lunga settimana di lavoro, puoi concederti qui un delizioso vino. I clienti non amano molto il tè di questo ristorante.
Molti critici pensano che il personale è sveglio in questo posto. È sempre un piacere passare un po' di tempo mangiando qui, grazie al fichissimo servizio. Parecchi ospiti constatano che i prezzi sono abbordabili per quello che mangi. Sarai piacevolmente sorpreso dal carinissimo arredamento. È un ristorante una stella Michelin, riconoscimento che viene di solito attribuito perché vengono proposti pasti ottimit.

Some of you might read those ratings before you first choose to go to this place. Be careful honestly. My husband and I just enjoyed Omakase for lunch today and I cannot describe how wonderful the experience was. Starting with the food, I don’t find words other than best japanese food or even better since Kyoto! The variety of the dishes is just amazing and the quality indescribable! You HAVE to try it!! Second the owner Lyn is such a great woman running that wonderful place. She is discrete but if you ask questions and start talking with her she is so open and honest what I really appreciated. Not snobbish at all what you sometimes experience in other Michelin places. Here it is about food and people like you and me. Authentic and personal.
My recommendation to everyone considering going ther: GO! You will be amazed!!! For sure not our last time there. Thank you Lyn for your kind- and openness and thanks to the full team for creating this great experience for us!!!
