Shin è vicinissimo allo Zunfthaus Zur Meisen. Potrai avere degli ineguagliabili filetto americano, zuppa di miso e tempura. Assaggiare ottimo vino, è d'obbligo mentre sei in questo ristorante. Gli ospiti non apprezzano molto il tè del ristorante Shin.

Molti visitatori hanno fatto notare che il personale è preparato in questo posto. Rimarrai sicuramente contento del fichissimo servizio. Dal punto di vista degli ospiti, i prezzi sono popolari. L'architetto ha saputo creare un gradevole arredamento. È un ristorante una stella Michelin, riconoscimento che viene di solito attribuito perché vengono serviti piatti deliziosi.

Mitten im Zentrum von Zürich, gleich beim Münsterhof, liegt das kleine Restaurant in einer Seitengasse. Das Konzept: „Counter Dining“. I visited Shin with my partner on a Thursday evening. They received several cancellations that evening and thus it was the two of us and one other couple sitting at the bar. The other couple arrived 30 minutes late to the beginning of service and got into a dispute over having their dog sit at the bar with them. They proceeded to then place a nearly hour long video call on speaker phone at the bar with a friend of theirs. At no point in time did the manager ask them to refrain from placing a call at the sushi bar, so we were forced to overhear the obnoxious conversation as we ate. The food itself was very good for Zurich sushi standards; however, not the quality one would expect for the price. I had relatively high hopes that Shin might be a place my partner and I would frequent as we both love omakase; however, I will not be returning, primarily due to the horrid experience we had at the restaurant. Sincerely the best omakase in Europe. The level of the best ones in Japan… On the expensive side, but given the quality, it is worth it.

Best Japanese food ever!!
Some of you might read those ratings before you first choose to go to this place. Be careful honestly. My husband and I just enjoyed Omakase for lunch today and I cannot describe how wonderful the experience was. Starting with the food, I don’t find words other than best japanese food or even better since Kyoto! The variety of the dishes is just amazing and the quality indescribable! You HAVE to try it!! Second the owner Lyn is such a great woman running that wonderful place. She is discrete but if you ask questions and start talking with her she is so open and honest what I really appreciated. Not snobbish at all what you sometimes experience in other Michelin places. Here it is about food and people like you and me. Authentic and personal.
My recommendation to everyone considering going ther: GO! You will be amazed!!! For sure not our last time there. Thank you Lyn for your kind- and openness and thanks to the full team for creating this great experience for us!!!
