Please be assured that we attach great importance to quality and safety. Our oysters are regularly tested by the farms and are always delivered to us fresh. Of course, we adhere to all hygiene standards and ensure that the cold chain is never interrupted. However, it may happen that certain oyster areas are temporarily affected by increased norovirus infestation. It would therefore be extremely helpful for us if you could tell us which oysters you purchased from us.
