We've been to Subway in Altstetten twice in the last few days and were disappointed both times. On the first visit we were given old, almost inedible cookies, one of which wasn't even the one we ordered. On the second visit the service was even worse. The amount of meat on our sandwiches was extremely unevenly distributed. When I politely asked if this could be compensated for, I was told that I would have to pay extra for it. But I just wanted the sandwiches to look somewhat the same - the difference was clearly visible. There were also problems with paying. Although we are regular customers and receive the student discount every time, this was not taken into account. The cashier, who knows us and has often applied our discount, completely ignored us this time. This was particularly annoying because the store was empty and there was no rush. Shortly after we ordered, the employees even stood right in front of the entrance and smoked - another sign of the lack of respect for customers. However, kudos goes to Luis. He is friendly, attentive and provides excellent service. He always prepares the sandwiches perfectly and makes us feel valued and welcome as customers. Unfortunately, the service is only good when it is there - without it we almost always experience chaos and a bad atmosphere. We would like to see more employees like Luis, who is definitely the best person in Subway Altstetten! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is like you would expect from Subway, fast food but I found it really tasty! And the seller was very funny, cheerful and really very very nice!!!
