Extremely disappointing customer service I have visited this Subway in Dietikon several times and, until today, I have always had a very good experience. Unfortunately, today was completely different. The Indian woman working there today was extremely rude and dismissive from the very beginning. I don't know her name, so I am describing her this way simply so that the company can identify which employee I am referring to. This has absolutely nothing to do with her nationality — the problem was entirely her attitude and the way she treated us. My friend was with me and wanted to order, but she refused to serve him, telling him that she had to serve the next person behind him because he had not ordered yet. The way she handled the situation was unnecessarily rude and made us feel extremely unwelcome. Then, while preparing my wrap, it broke apart. Instead of fixing it or properly wrapping it, she simply handed it to me like that. I had to take it with me in that condition. The experience was so unpleasant that my friend decided to leave and eat somewhere else with me instead. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I have been to this location several times and have always been treated very well. This was my first experience with this particular employee, and unfortunately, it was absolutely horrible. Customers don't expect special treatment. We simply expect basic courtesy, respect and professional service. I sincerely hope the company addresses this, because one employee's attitude can completely ruin the experience at a place that I previously enjoyed visiting. Bricio Fernández, has offer us so far the best customer service ever, very carismatic, kind, and multilingual, he could explain us very well in Spanish, Portugues and English all the variety and combo options, his support makes evertyhing so easy to choose, especially for us who are coming from abroad. Thanks for everything and the delicious Chicken Teriyaki and BMT sandwich combo. Highly recommend this Subway location. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
