The fact is that you ordered the children's menu and then one of the children was around 12/13 years old and probably and rightly eats more than a child. Then you booked the same menu for the other children and since you didn't like some courses, you expected other preparations, despite knowing that we are not a restaurant, or that we didn't charge because "the child didn't eat anything", (but we those portions we prepared them anyway and for us they are a job as well as being a cost). If you know that children don't eat most of the things we offer, it's much better to order a portion of our gnocchetti or ravioli which can be more easily to their taste, as I advise you over the phone. How can you expect that the additionally requested raw ham and meat are served free of charge? It is equivalent to expecting others to work for you for free! Let us know which place you happened to get free extra portions because I go there too! Perhaps you have mistaken the concept of agritourism with the concept of the all you can eat. What you saw at the end was not arrogance, but bewilderment! For us, the very representation of arrogance and little respect for the work of others is to see you amazed to learn that in a place that serves food, you pay an extra portion or anything else you order in addition to the courses on the fixed menu.More
