Camera spaziosa e pulita, letti comodissimi, check-in completamente autonomo ma comunque personale presente, competente e gentile e disponibile, grande attenzione all’ospite, abbiamo trovato oltre all’acqua degli omaggi, la cosa che ci ha conquistato di più è stata la cuccetta e la ciotola per la nostra cagnolina, cosa che non ci è mai capitata in altri hotel ! Ultimissima cosa per chi possiede dei bambini sono presenti anche delle lego omaggio in camera

Incredible place, amazing team. We are a family with 4 kids, we wanted to have a week of holiday to enjoy some snow and rest a little. Story Thusis was perfect : it’s the good mix between an hotel and a rent you have a wonderful breakfast every morning and no cleaning required but you can also prepare your own meal in a beautiful kitchen when you feel it. You have all the equipment to take care of your clothes (if your shoes are wet there is a special dryer for it). There is also washing machine and classical dryer for your clothes if needed. There is 2 special kid corner... and all the equipment you could need for them. There is plenty board games to enjoy your afternoon or evening close to the fire pit. You can also order any warm beverage or nice cocktail Everything has been think for you to feel like home. The team is available to help you (they managed to make a reservation for a French speaking ski teacher for our kids and we’ve rented all our ski material at Story was super easy). The check-in can be made online and it give you the ability to access to the building and your room with your phone. We highly recommend it. Service: 5

Great place to stay for a sporty mountain weekend. Lovely modern alpine style, yummy food and drinks. The rooftop terrace is perfect for a drink after a day of mountain biking. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. Everything is very new and clean. Big thanks to our hosts Annina for the dinner and Flu for the guiding. We‘ll come back!
