It’s always nice to have a taste of home while on the road! The two staff members at this location in the busy Napoli Centrale Station were efficient and friendly. Good coffee and an Italian pastry (Sfogliatella Neopoletana) were a nice treat while waiting for my train. No restrooms here, some tables. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We just ordered three grande iced vanilla lattes. As we were running late for the airport, we didn't get a chance to taste them. When I reached the airport and tasted them, they were without vanilla, and we were charged for it. Very disappointed. It's clear the staff doesn't follow the instructions. Worst drink I've had from starbucks. They didn't heat or offer to heat my breakfast pastry. It was like a stone not a scone. Super disappointed. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
