Dopo aver fatto un giro attorno al Kunsthaus, molti visitatori si fermano in locale. Difficilmente ti scorderai del delizioso caffè che puoi degustare qui. Parecchi critici riportano che il personale è paziente al locale Starbucks. Rimarrai sicuramente contento del piacevole servizio. Pagherai dei prezzi equi per il tuo pasto. L'atmosfera gioviale è stata notata dagli ospiti. Sulla base del feedback su Google dei clienti, questo locale si merita 4.1.

I don’t normally write reviews when I have somewhat of a bad experience with the place, I only write when I want to give good reviews but I couldn’t stand what I’ve experienced today at Starbucks w a certain staff. This one staff who put “merci” instead of my name on my coffee was very very friendly and sweet, she made me n my husband feel very welcomed :) I wish I knew her name so that I could publicly give credits and say thank you to her. But then there’s this other staff who has a short hair and she looks somewhat Asian idk she’s not white but she straight up commented on what this group of Korean family ordered to the other staffs. I think it’s a common sense not to share such opinions/generalizations “publicly w other staffs” (which is basically gossiping) when they are standing “right there” but the family didn’t seem to understand what she said but I understood and thought this was very rude and unacceptable. This is not how a staff should treat customers especially when you’re working at Starbucks, an American “multinational” chain of coffeeshops that’s also located in a major tourist area visited by people from all over the world. Idk what was going on w her or what her problem was but that’s no way to treat customers period. I’ve seen her work there for three days in a row and she wasn’t necessarily “friendly” in the first place n I didn’t really care but what she did today crossed the line for me and I don’t think such behavior should be allowed.
