Se non hai mai assaggiato la cucina svizzera dovresti prenotare un tavolo al ristorante Bebbis. Degusta gli ottimi fonduta svizzera, schnitzel e pasta che offre questo ristorante. Qui puoi condividere curatissimi fonduta di cioccolato e gelato con gli amici trascorrendo piacevolmente il tempo. La birra è deliziosa, sicuramente da provare. I clienti non amano molto il caffè di questo locale.
Immagina una combinazione tra pasti gustosi e un personale esperto: è esattamente ciò che ti dà Bebbis. Molti visitatori hanno evidenziato il fatto che il servizio è veloce. I prezzi modici sono una caratteristica che bisognerebbe sottolineare di questo posto. Ti piaceranno sicuramente l'atmosfera silenziosa e l'arredamento moderno. Locale splendido per l'allegria del proprietario,pronto a farti sentire accolto e considerato,animando la serata con il suo sorriso,coinvolgimento e animazione!Anche il personale gentile e sorridente!ci siamo fermati dopo aver girato la Svizzera nei suoi posti più suggestivi: è stato l'unico posto in cui abbiamo respirato serenità e vivacità oltre che mangiato benissimo!abbiamo ordinato un'ottima fonduta al cioccolato che il cameriere premurosamente ha monitorato nel grado di fusione e un gustoso piatto locale!prezzi non molto alti per la buona qualità!Rientremo in Italia con il ricordo piacevolissimo di questo posto! Consigliatissimo

Unfortunately, my visit to the Bebbis restaurant in Interlaken was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The experience disappointed me in many ways and I would like to share some points that urgently need improvement. First of all, the portions of the salads we ordered are just excessive. The quantities were so large that it was impossible to eat them alone. Not only does this lead to food waste, but it also raises questions about costs – both for guests and in terms of sustainability. It would be desirable if the restaurant offered smaller portions that are better tailored to guests' needs. Another point of criticism was the service. The waiter had difficulty understanding us, which resulted in us not being able to accommodate our specific requests. Communication is essential, especially in the catering industry, and in such a touristy place the staff should be able to accommodate guests' needs. The ambience, which initially seemed cozy, was unfortunately disrupted when a large group of Chinese tourists arrived. The peace and comfort that one expects in a restaurant was lost and the noise level increased noticeably. It seemed like the restaurant was designed more to cater to mass tourism than to provide a good dining experience for all guests. Overall, I think that the Bebbis restaurant is heavily oriented towards the needs of tourists, which leaves the normal Swiss guest in the lurch. For me as a local looking for an authentic and cozy experience, this was disappointing. If the restaurant's goal is to serve both tourists and locals, some major improvements in portions, service, and atmosphere should be considered. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant at the moment.
