Ho fatto aperitivo al Bar dell’albereta prima di cenare alla Filiale per praticità. Sicuramente l’ambiente merita maggiormente in estate, ma quello che mi ha lasciata perplessa è stata la maleducazione del cameriere, il quale ha approcciato in maniera del tutto diversa i vari tavoli presenti. Con noi è stato molto scortese sin dall’istante in cui abbiamo messo piede, senza che potessimo aver il tempo di esserci guadagnati la sua antipatia. Drink per altro annacquati. Dining at Stanza 54 was one of the highlights of our stay at L’Albereta. From breakfast to dinner, every detail was thoughtful and rooted in the local terroir. Mornings began with pasture-raised eggs from local hens, fresh-baked pastries that changed daily, and fruit that actually tasted like summer. Coffee was rich and perfectly brewed, served in a cozy, elegant space that made it easy to slow down and enjoy. Dinner was just as special — seasonal ingredients, refined presentation, and flavors that were comforting yet elevated. One of the best touches was enjoying Bellavista wine, sourced from the neighboring winery. The connection to the local land and producers was evident in every dish. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
