Bravissimi! Ottimo servizio, la pizza e' perfetta (impasto fino, ma non secco), il locale carino. Abbiamo cercato "Pastarino", ma con cambiamento di gestione abbiamo trovato un posto bellissimo!

I recently visited Rome during a school trip and I was a bit apprehensive because I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of finding food that I liked. Spaccio Pasta is by far one of the best places I had the pleasure of eating at during my time in Rome. From the outside, Spaccio Pasta may appear very small, but there is tons of space inside. In my opinion, the layout and decor suits the space really well and creates this sort of open floor layout. One of my biggest pet peeves is walking into a restaurant and seeing clutter and messy tables, but Spaccio Pasta was super clean and very minimalistic (which isn't a bad thing). Upon my first visit here, I was meeting a group of my classmates who had already ordered, and the waiter was very kind and helpful in making sure I was accommodated with everything I needed to order. I ended up ordering Spaghetti all'amatriciana which was spaghetti with a thick tomato sauce and pieces of bacon sprinkled inside. The pasta itself was not the thin long spaghetti we usual think of but was rather thick and long. As soon as I took the first bite, I felt like I was in food heaven. This dish is LITERALLY one of the best dishes I have eaten in my life thus far. I can still remember how amazing everything tasted to this day. What really won me over was the bacon bits--they were cooked to perfection, so crispy and flavorful. The pasta was simply perfect and had a great consistency. Fresh ingredients, perfect portions, excellent flavor--needless to say I was impressed. Spaccio pasta is located about a block down from the main shopping area and you might not pay it much mind as you are walking down the street, but please do not overlook this place! It is definitely worth a try!!
