Un delizioso vino è la scelta giusta per quando vieni per la prima volta al ristorante Song Dimsum. Difficilmente ti scorderai della fantastica matcha che puoi assaggiare qui.
L'efficiente personale lavora duramente, ha un atteggiamento positivo e rende questo posto fantastico. Parecchi visitatori pensano che il servizio è piacevole. Per un pasto pagherai prezzi assolutamente ottimi. È sempre bene sperimentare qualcosa di nuovo e godersi un ambiente gradevole. Su Google questo locale i suoi clienti hanno dato una valutazione di 4.5.

Veramente un ottima scoperta, la degustazione di ravioli è ottima e anche l' anatra alla pechinese , il maitre è stato gentilissimo e professionale. Prezzo leggermente alto ma purtroppo siamo in una zona molto turistica. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €50–60

It should be obvious but I want to preface it to avoid any misunderstanding. This review stems from a personal opinion, an opinion that is formed based on past experiences had in multiple places, precisely because of the passion I have for this type of cuisine. Based on this, I judge the Song Dimsum restaurant to be one of the best places to enjoy one of the widest and most varied offerings of Chinese dumplings. The tasting menu allows you to have an almost complete overview of the skill with which these small treasure chests of pasta are filled, top quality ingredients, expertly chosen and embellished by the masterful use of the many spices. The menu is served in an increasing sequence of flavours, from the most delicate to the most intense, without ever exceeding the thresholds of moderation, even in the spicy version. In all the tastings, a circularity of flavors is perceived where all, in sequence, arrive on the palate in a distinct way and then only at the last return to the most persistent element of the composition. In addition, because it is not on the tasting menu, I recommend trying the Wagyu bao, characterized by the lightness of a cloud and the spectacular flavor of the meat, and the Redfish ravioli to be tasted before the bao. The lacquered duck is excellent although I must say that the complexity and harmony of the ravioli doesn't leave much room for how good it could be. Lastly, let's talk about the venue and the price. It is an elegant place with impeccable service and high quality food and great craftsmanship, the ravioli are handmade and it shows. For this reason I would define it as an expensive place but not expensive, what you pay reflects the quality of the offer.
