We used to order at least once a week. They were fast and tasty, especially for the price. But the meat has been not good lately and the last time i ordered on UberEats they were "preparing" my order for at least 1.5h! Of course I couldn't cancel or else I would have to pay full price. Driver was fast though (max. 10min) BUT the food was ice cold. Fries tasted like cardboard and the paperpackage from the burger was soaked in oil. Probably because it was just sitting there. I was so disappointing that I won't crave SmashClub Burger for a while now. Mistakes can happen, but then at least make a note or add smth to the order. We don't expect much but waiting nearly 2h (in total) for a fast-food order is ridiculous. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2

The food is good, but please adjust the pick-up times inside the app. They often take much longer, so you have to wait in front of the windows for up to 20 minutes after the pick-up time. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
