Dopo una lunga passeggiata attorno all' Oratorio dei Battuti, prova questo locale per una gradevole pausa. La cucina italiana ĆØ molto ben fatta in questo ristorante. Un certo numero di visitatori del ristorante Salumeria Simoni Laboratorio affermano che qui propongono panini, stuzzichini e salame gustosi. Non andartene senza prima aver gustato il curatissimo parfait. Deliziosi prosecco, cordiale o spritz sono tra le cose piĆ¹ interessanti che puoi degustare qui. Tucked into one of Bolognaās lively, narrow streets, Salumeria Simoni Laboratorio offers a charmingly casual spot for a quality aperitivo. The atmosphere is relaxed and youthful, with student servers who bring an easygoing energy to the experience. They host guests in English, which is helpfulāthough as someone whoās taken Italian classes and speaks five languages, I would have appreciated being asked my preferred language. A small gesture like that would elevate the hospitality even further. The real highlight, however, is the food. We ordered the tagliere salumi formaggi, and it was excellent. The Mortadella, ham, and cheeses were all of high qualityāperfectly suited for savoring alongside a glass of wine while soaking in the streetās vibrant buzz. Itās not a quiet place, but thatās part of its charm: a slice of Bolognaās spirited life served with top-notch local flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly return for another round of salumi, formaggi, and street-side ambiance.
