Cosa dire di più rispetto a quanto già scritto? In ogni grande città europea sono presenti più ristoranti di cucina persiana, poichè è una cucina veramente ricca di sapori. Finalmente anche a Milano si ha la possibilità di assaggiare la loro cucina tradizionale. Probabilmente unico punto di miglioramento potrebbe essere l'inserimento nel menù di una "guida" ai piatti tipici, così da indirizzare i clienti che provano la cucina iraniana verso i "must try" della cucina (fra cui c'è sicuramente il kebab kubide). Sono stata oggi in ristorante shalot veramente sono stata soddisfatta dal cibo era così buona e anche a loro accoglienza .sono totalmente felice che mi sono trovata bene vi consiglio. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30

I had a great experience at Shalto Braceria Persiana. The service was attentive and welcoming especially that we were a group of ten people and the food overall was beyond excellent. The standout for me was the eggplant appetizer it was absolutely delicious and probably the best I’ve had anywhere. The main dishes were the highlight of the meal perfectly cooked and clearly made with great care and attention to detail. If I had to point out a couple of small downsides the لبن غران (Laban Ayran) was far too sour and unfortunately undrinkable. It really didn’t match the quality of the rest of the meal also, the portion of the bread served didn’t quite meet expectations a bit more would have made the experience even better. Still, these are minor notes in what was otherwise a fantastic dining experience i would definitely return for the food alone if im ever back in Milan again.
