The place is new, but there used to be another bar here. I don't know if it's just a change of management — what is certain is that the name, the décor, and the staff have changed. This was my first time there for breakfast: a ginseng coffee and a brioche, at the rather pricey cost of €2.40 (€1.20, €1.20). The staff are young and give off the vibe of a newly opened business.
