At the same time, we’re sorry if another team member did not meet our usual standard of friendliness and professionalism. We’ll make sure to address this with our staff, as respectful and attentive service is very important to us.As for the timing — at 2:00 PM, our kitchen offers a limited pizza menu, as it is the transition period between lunch and dinner service. Our Neapolitan pizzas are freshly prepared and represent one of the highlights of our menu, but we understand it can be disappointing if you expected more options.We hope to welcome you back soon to experience our full menu with South Tyrolean classics, traditional Italian dishes, and our warm hospitality at its best.
