Be aware the last lunch order is taken at 2 PM, they close the kitchen although the restaurant is open until 3, so you can finish your meal. Having said that, the food is just amazing! The salmon teriyaki bento was perfect. The view of the lake is also a really nice touch, but even without it the food is so good it makes you forget the lake is right across the street.

Today we went for lunch at Sauan in Geneva. We had a collection of sushi, starters and mains. All the food was superb, and we would rate it with 5 stars. Probably one of the best maki rolls we have eaten. Really fluffy and tasty. The reason we only give 4 stars is because the service needs to improve significantly. I took pretty long and the courses didn’t come together but in stages. And on top they forgot about 4 times part of our order. This shouldn’t be the case in this price level.
