I came to the store for the first time last week on rue du Rhône to get some poke. Very nice person but she forgot the sauce. I called back to see if this was normal. She apologizes and that she was going to give me one to compensate for her mistake. I found this gesture very appreciable. Today I’m stopping by to pick up this famous poke. And now they refuse to give it to me. I'm sorry but I had to eat without sauce (something which was disgusting and expensive) and now they refuse to give me what they promised me. I am told to pay again. No, but it's not okay. When leaving I told the seller that they had lost a customer and the seller replied it doesn't matter!!!!! If he responds like that to all his customers they will quickly close. I'm really disappointed and won't recommend it to anyone. Not correct. Won't come back again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
