Non solo merita di visitare il Musee de la Chaussure ma anche SONG. Puoi sempre provare gli ottimi anatra croccante, pollo fritto e zuppe di noodle, una specialità del ristorante SONG. Honestly disappointed. They advertise themselves as a Chinese restaurant, but it doesn’t feel authentic at all. No Roujiamo (肉夹馍, the Chinese burger), which is a basic street food classic. The menu feels random, overpriced, and not really Chinese food. The noodles were especially bad — too wet, no texture, almost like they don’t know how to boil them properly. The overall taste was bland and just not what you’d expect from real Chinese cooking. For the price they charge, the quality just isn’t there. As a Chinese student in Lausanne, I have often searched for dishes that remind me of the authentic taste of my country. My biggest compliment for Chinese food abroad is: “It really has a distinctly Chinese taste and appearance. » This is exactly the case with the noodles at SONG Restaurant, which evoke for me the flavors of my childhood and instantly transport me to the bustling streets of my hometown.
