Decent American style food, a little expensive for what it is, but the free peanuts are a nice touch and it's a generally nice establishment, with a good location. Highly recommend the milkshakes (especially the peanut butter one) , they're the main reason to go. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Today I had a situation that happened to me, I was with my friends we ordered at 9:50 pm. We were waiting for our food as soon as it turned 10 pm which is the closing time my friends were just getting their drinks because they just received their order the assistant manager of the place started screaming at us to wait outside which we replied we are waiting for our friends to get their drinks and we will all leave together, the guy came barging into our faces while screaming claiming he is the assistant manager while raising his voice. I am sorry but what kind of customer treatment is this, I do understand that you might be stressed or you want to close and leave after a long day but a chain as big as this one should emphasize the treatment of their customers. How can he speak to us while raising his voice while kicking us out. We absolutely did nothing but stand still and wait next to the door for our friends. I hope this issue gets solved with that guy, not just because 10 pm came and your shift is done you can do whatever you want. You should still respect the customer this is completely unacceptable for a chain as big as this one, teach your staff some respect please, he could have easily asked nicely and we would have left.

What you describe is completely at odds with our service standards. Respect and courtesy towards our customers must remain a priority at all times — including at closing time. If you and your friends were not causing a disturbance or breaking any rules, there was no reason for the tone to escalate in this way. We fully understand that our teams may be tired at the end of the day, but this in no way excuses aggressive behaviour or disrespect towards our customers. You should have been asked to leave calmly and politely — not reprimanded. Rest assured that your message will be forwarded to the management of the restaurant concerned. We will take the necessary steps to remind our entire team of the importance of providing respectful service from start to finish. Thank you again for your message.
