The waitress / owner is very arrogant. When i came in, she didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. I had to tell her, can i get a seat for 1. Then she asked me outdoor or indoor, i said outdoor, then she just went back to the kitchen and ignored me. I showed myself to the seat and she totally ignored me. Then another caucasian couple sat at the table across me, she greeted them and passed them the menu and i sat there without any menu at all. I left and she just nodded at me without saying anything. Totally racist.

Worst dining experience in Switzerland ever! We've lived in Switzerland for 7 years. Came to this restaurant with a friend who comes to visit us. 3 person ordered 3 dish and 3 drinks. The waitress/boss forget 1 dish and the drinks. They are very arrogant, never apologize, and very condescending. We asked several times, but she just ignored and served the other table. (I checked other reviews, and realized probably these Thai people are a bit racist towards Asian people?) We asked twice more, and finally she brought 3 glasses of drinks. One glass we asked no ice, and there's only 1/3 glass liquid in the glass, looks disgusting. We finally canceled the 3rd dish as we're so angry with the service. Food actually OK, but service is astonishingly bad. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dinner at Ruean Thai Restaurant was delicious and comforting. As a Thai, I can assure you that this place served authentic Thai foods with an exceptional service.
