Thank you to the staff at Royal Plaza for a wonderful stay. Our experience was excellent—the hotel was clean, the location was perfect, and most of all, the view from our room was absolutely stunning. From the start, during check-in, I expressed my concern about my nighttime coughing, which is loud and uncontrollable. I didn’t want to disturb our neighbors, so I requested a more isolated room. The staff member assisting us (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly understanding and took the time to show us several options to choose from. Breakfast was great, and the staff was attentive. We also visited the Sinatra Lounge, where we were served by Augustine. He was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and provided great recommendations for activities, ensuring we had a great experience. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
