Strong ideas and fine wines, slightly undermined by a strained service rhythm. Rosi presents a compelling culinary concept supported by very good cooking and an excellent wine selection. The ambition is clear, and much of the meal delivers on its promise. However, the atmosphere felt tense. The service appeared under pressure, as if focused more on getting through the evening than on hosting it. This sense of stress subtly affected the overall experience. The main disappointment came with dessert, which arrived largely frozen and unfortunately inedible—an avoidable flaw at this level. A restaurant with clear potential, but consistency and calm execution are still needed. Thank you very much for your reply, dear Rosi team. An absolute highlight in Zurich! I was completely impressed by the Rosi restaurant. The food was excellent – tasteful, fresh and creatively presented. A special thank you goes to the sommelier, who made the evening special with his charming and humorous manner. You can feel how much he enjoys his job, which makes the atmosphere even livelier.
