There was a hair in the sandwich; I told the waiter, and they took the plate away but didn't even apologize or do anything to rectify the situation—and they still charged me for the sandwich. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I’m not sure why this place received such a high ratings - this is pure touristic trap, the food is absolutely basic including coffee, nothing to do with quality. My wife had a severe stomach pain after having a breakfast there . Price per person: €10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Salve, mi dispiace dell’accaduto. Il caffè e il cibo che utilizziamo è di ottima qualità, come le altre recensioni dimostrano. Probabilmente il problema della signora derivava da altro.

A delicious cappuccino paired with a delicious chocolate cornetto was the start of everyday we were in Rome, and while you might be able to find similar quality at other cafes, the genuinely cheerful staff makes this the absolute best start to a morning. They welcomed my poor Italian and even took the time to teach me new phrases and improved pronunciation. Thank you to the morning staff who made us feel like regulars! Price per person: €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
