Nestled on Via Saragozza of Bologna vibrant areas, you will find Rock Show Grill. They opened up about a month ago and as I was passing by I smelt the sweet smell of grilled cow. You know what I mean? The menu is a true celebration of hamburgers offering a diverse selection and lots of popular options including my personal favorite the double patty bacon cheeseburger. The owner Patrick is friendly and provides good service. Situated near Palazzo Albergati and the university, its location makes it a great choice for both locals and visitors especially if you’re craving a good old American Smashburger. they’re just getting started so look for a fun things to do there. I’m personally waiting for open mic nights. If you’re in Bologna and crave an old fashion hamburger, stop in. And yes that is a picture of a brownie and it was totally chocolatey Yum.
