V friendly staff, they pay attention on you. 5 star service. Food is delicious too. They explain you the manu in English. It is also a dog friendly place. Server Omar was so nice to us always with a smile. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Where do I even begin? Our experience at Zafferano was beyond our expectations from start to finish. The food, ambiance, & wine was amazing, but what impressed me more than anything was the hospitality. We were greeted immediately by the manager, Paulo, who was warm and welcoming from the start. Our server Manuel was quick to serve us and very kind as well. We started off with the beef carpaccio and Casio e Pepe pasta which were both DELICIOUS! For dinner I had the Veal Raviolli and my husband had the veal entree. They were able to accommodate anything on the menu for my 5-year old son at a decreased cost. We loved our meal! During our time here, my son managed to somehow knock over a small table that held our wine, water, and olive oil. My husband and I were completely mortified. I never wanted to crawl under a table and hide so much in life. I was blown away about how kind and accepting both Paulo and Manuel were regarding the situation. My son was so upset, that Paulo did everything he could to make us feel better about the situation. He even took my son on a tour of their kitchen and let him pick out ice cream in the back. The staff here is absolutely amazing, and genuinely just kind hearted people! Our experience here really made our last night in Zurich memorable and special! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
