We went for a family lunch. I had already been in the past and had a very good time, but this time the experience was disappointing. The food is still good and there is no doubt about that, but the main problem was the service. The service was very poor. When we arrived they left us waiting 30 minutes before we could order. The waitress with an Eastern accent didn't seem to know anything and, if you asked her something, she always replied that she had to ask someone else, as well as being often distracted. The young room boy seemed to have no training, as he did things in a disorganized and imprecise way, and you always had to ask him for something. The only waitress who really knew how to do her job with competence and kindness was the lady with the short hair. ANSWER. I don't understand the restaurant's response as I didn't contest ethnicity at all. I contested the lack of training and competence of an Italian boy and a girl with an Eastern accent alike. I defined them to make it clear who the people I was referring to were. Hoping that before sending them to the table they will be adequately trained. But perhaps the message hasn't been received.
