Me and my family have chosen your restaurant to be our impression for the first in Zermatt. But sadly the service of the day we went made us dramatically disappointed since one of your crew Helena’s never given us the service that the restaurant should do to customers. Sorry if this claim is too exagerate but me and my family were very disappointed and unhappy over Helena 's service as she broke a glass on our table but never sincerely apoloize to us. Furthermore, she ignored our request intentionally. We are so sorry to write you this but this was unacceptable to us as a customer.
It would be appreciated that if you have some policy to work on this circumstance.
