Dear Madam,Thank you for your visit – and also for your review.We’ve been running our restaurant for over 15 years with passion, dedication, and a lot of love for hospitality. We’re proud of a large, loyal customer base that truly values our quality and fairness.Just to clarify a few details about your visit:You were seated immediately, without waiting – even though we usually assign tables ourselves.You dined as a group of three for CHF 44.90 total, which breaks down to CHF 14.95 per person(To put that in perspective – that’s less than a single drink at most rooftop bars in Zurich.)Tap water for 3 shared – CHF 3.–One kids’ pizza – CHF 12.–, with added chicken (+ CHF 4.–)Then shared between two people (+ CHF 3.–)That makes CHF 19.– for a pizza shared, with extra cutlery, napkins, and plates – all things that add costs for us.Cordon bleu from the lunch menu – CHF 22.90, including salad & dessert(Normally, a la carte it’s CHF 29.– just for the main dish)About the dessert: You didn’t get it – and we’re sorry. Many guests skip dessert, so we usually ask. If that didn’t happen, that’s our mistake.But accusing us of being dishonest is simply unfair – and, frankly, quite bold.We run an honest and transparent business with heart. If someone dines for under CHF 15.– per person and complains about service quality, perhaps it’s time to relax a little – and enjoy life more generously.
