5 stelle di google oggi, una stella michelin domani supporto la scommessa del giovane chef di portare un format di qualità anche in bassa tuscia, mettendo la passione e la conoscenza delle materie prime in ogni sua creazione. La cena è una vera esperienza frutto di un lavoro preciso e curato dello staff. Ben fatto !!!! We randomly chanced on Dieci and its near 5-star review, and were so lucky that Jordan was able to accommodate our party of six for a dinner reservation. We got the pre-fixe menu, which at 60 euros was not just excellent quality, but also very generous portions. I personally loved that the dishes highlighted local ingredients and produce, or brought a new take on traditional dishes and recipes in the area. I don’t like eggplants, but the eggplant antipasti here may have made me a convert! Our hostess was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful as well. Our compliments to a fantastic local business!
