We are staying at the hotel and made a reservation, but they claimed when we showed up they had no room. Finally seated us 15 min later. Food arrived 40 min after ordering; The grilled shellfish platter was the saddest I had seen; 1 small langoustine and a 2-3 shrimp/shellfish that all looked like they were from the bottom of the barrel. At least the waiter acknowledged the wait and didn't charge for the drink we had ordered, and gave us a second on the house, which I appreciated. But the standard is far too low for what should be expected from a 5 star hotel restaurant. Be better! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €90–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
