The Julijana Restaurant on the ground floor of Grand Hotel Toplice has a charming terrace overlooking the most beautiful part of Lake Bled. The dining room and terrace can each seat 20 guests. The creation of gourmet dishes is overseen by chef Simon Bertoncelj. His creative direction has won the Julijana Restaurant the prestigious Michelin Plate and »Recommended by Michelin Guide Slovenia awards. According to the Gault&Millau guide classification, the Julijana Restaurant received 3 toques.

As for the service, it is the only item that is very good. The food, despite the Michelin awards, 3 caps according to Gault Millau, was very bad. We ordered the award-winning "Bled local selection" menu and I was extremely disappointed, from the greetings of the kitchen to the dessert. Honestly, it's not worth the money we spent at the restaurant. The atmosphere is also not for the nicest epithets because the interior of the restaurant does not look inviting and is simply not a pleasant atmosphere where one could relax and eat with pleasure.
