Per chi vuole avere una esperienza totale della Slovenia: passate per questo ristorante, dove potrete mangiare un buon goulash e un ottimo porcini cappuccino. La vista è fenomale,ottima per ammirare il famoso lago di Bled. Il servizio è eccellente, camerieri gentili e disponibili. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €40–45

Hands down the best food experience we had in both Bled and Slovenia! For those of you who find yourself confused, it appears that this lake side restaurant (or the staff / owners) were originally in a hotel up the street. These people decided to move down here to be by the lake and for a much larger / nicer restaurant. We decided to try both this one and the "original" location. Without a shadow of doubt it's the people who make a restaurant and not the location. Old Cellar Bled (Lake View) was the better experience across the board! Right out the gate the staff welcome you in at the front door, the restaurant looks great and has a luxury feel. The food was fantastic! We had the King Prawns (which were super tender), the Lamb Shank (my favorite meal of the whole trip), and two desserts. An order of the bled cake and a local dessert called Gibanica. The staff was very friendly and kind as well which is how it should be when paying these prices. Overall, you should totally check this place out!
