Lovely hotel and overall we had a great stay however on the day of departure we had a call from reception asking us to hand back in our passes but we were up the gondola at that time. When we returned we handed them to a lady on reception. The following day I received an email saying we owe 90CHF for not handing them back in, which we did, and not paying the tourist tax upon checkin, so to email them with my bank details! Firstly, we will not be handing our bank details over and secondly, we should have been charged tourist tax when we checked in and paid for the room! Not our fault!!

Dear Customer. We thank you for your review. Multipasses can be used throughout the summer season, and we give them from one visitor to another so that all our customers can enjoy the wide range of activities included. If we don't get them back, we have to pay for them, which is very expensive, and each customer is informed of this during check-in. As we trust our customers, we don't take any deposit and only collect the visitor tax at check-out, when we can get some feedback from our clients. Unfortunately, we could not find your Multipasses.
