Serata con amici che ha lasciato l'amaro in bocca. Le pietanze per quanto impiattate in maniera gourmet non erano all'altezza per quanto riguarda il gusto, la quantità e il prezzo. Il servizio è stato lento e disattento. L'aperitivo ( che non è stato nemmeno chiesto dalla cameriera) è stato portato poco prima dei piatti ordinati e dopo il vino. Le posate ritirate non sono state rimpiazzate. Ma soprattutto sul conto mi sono stati addebbitati 3 caffè che non abbiamo ordinato. Pessima serata e pessima figura con i miei amici. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner

Vielen Dank das sie sich die Zeit genommen haben Ihre Erfahrung zu schildern.Es tut uns aufrichtig leid zu lesen, das ihr Abend bei uns in mehreren Punkten enttäuschend war. Die beschriebenen Abläufe und die Abrechnung hätte so nicht passieren dürfen.Ich habe Ihnen bereits persönlich geschrieben und werde den Fehler mit den Kaffees selbstverständlich korrigieren. We dined here twice on a recent visit to Chur and loved both meals. We initially tried Restaurant Bytes because they were one of the few places open at 5 PM, and having just finished hiking at Brambrüesch, we were very hungry. It turned out to be a lovely experience. Our first visit, we found numerous menu items of interest, and we loved the sharing plates approach to dining, reminded us of Spanish tapas bars we've visited. We shared the Bytes board with a focaccia, truffle fries, and a light and silky chocolate mousse. The staff are amazing! We asked for assistance with local wines and were given several wines to try. They chatted with us and made sure we were completely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. Our second visit, we tried a few larger plates to share. We had the Alpener Ravioli, the Lox with a lemon ice, a focaccia, and that delicious chocolate mousse again. Every plate we had was delicious, creative, and satisfying. Definitely recommend, and will return when we are back in Chur. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 30–40
