I went to try this new place and the mezcal tasting they offered. Everything was nice. The tacos were good, and the aguachile was as well, but for my taste, as a Mexican, it was missing some of the flavor and spiciness that the dish is known for. That said, it was still good, especially considering it’s adapted to the European market. Everything else was really nice. I’ll be back. Sinaloa is an absolute gem. The dishes are served sharing-style in the middle of the table, which makes the whole experience super relaxed and fun. Everything tasted authentic, and the flavors were really well balanced and complemented each other perfectly. The drinks were also spot on and paired great with the food. On top of that, the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming without being too much. Definitely a place worth coming back to! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
