However, we have to correct your statement in that this time you were allocated a junior suite and not a family room, as our family rooms were already fully booked due to high demand. We have also confirmed this to you in writing. There are usually no children's toys in the junior suite, which doesn't mean that we could have provided them anyway. The junior suite does not have a separate children's room, but is equipped with extra beds for the children. The overnight price of CHF 410 for the Papa Moll family hit includes a voucher for the restaurant worth CHF 50 and entry to the thermal baths for a family of four worth CHF 124 for Saturday and CHF 129.- included for Sunday. which makes an effective room price of CHF 107 for 2 people and 2 children including breakfast. This really can't be called overpriced! Our research also showed that you redeemed the CHF 50 restaurant voucher for spaghetti fun in our outlet restaurant “Höfli” and that you enjoyed it so much that you even asked for a second helping! We are therefore disappointed by your overall very low rating. However, we have made our staff aware that toys are also allocated to the junior suites according to the age of the children.
