Dear Sir Cazimi, we immediately and carfully reviewed your feedback and apologize for the unpleasant encounter with our staff member. Your dissatisfaction, which you had already expressed at the reception, seems to have turned into a bad direction from one word to the next. But we must reject that your room was not cleaned. We have a daily supervision with checklist for room inspections. In event of this case you could have easily reported it by check-in to our reception or housekeeping team. But however, we firmly distance ourselves from your very bad accusation that you have seen bedbugs in your room. We thoroughly searched the entire room and cannot find one of it. We have never had bedbugs in our hotel, nor any complains in this regard. We ask you urgently to remove this unjustified accusation as it is damaging to our reputation.
