Considering the price ... You'll get what you paid for.just a place to spend the night and take a shower. Very outdated place, you can smell it when you enter the building. No elevator. Toilet shared, but shower inside the small room. Paid for 2 adult and a child not toddler but only get a twin bed. Place close to station but zermatt is not a big village either. Service: 3

Only reason why I'm not giving it another star is because of the shared bathroom situation. But happy to at least have a shower in our room. Great location, charming room with balcony and sliding doors. Walking distance to the train station and everything. When you come in, there's a note with your name and room key. It's nice after long travels to just get your key and go to your room. Service: 4
