Ristorante inserito nel contesto del Park Hotel Laurin. La proposta dei piatti è di ottimo livello, cosi come il servizio. C'è la possibilità di utilizzare il bellissimo spazio della serra come location. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unfortunately we were a tad disappointed with both the service and food at Restaurant Laurin. We dined in the main restaurant for the Christmas gala dinner, and although the food was tasty, it was certainly not worth the €100 per person price tag (excluding drinks). Despite the stand out entree, the rest of the courses were underwhelming with many being served luke warm. To top it off, the service was incredibly average—the dishes / courses were not explained, just thrown down on the table. We were rushed off our table, and we had to pour our own wine. Not typical for a restaurant of this calibre and price point. That said, the venue is beautiful, the table was set very nicely and the atmosphere was lovely. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We take all feedback very seriously as it helps us to continuously improve our service. We are sorry to admit that our staff experienced stressful times due to the large number of guests. We have many young and early-career employees, not least because we firmly believe in the training of the next generation of hoteliers. We are taking measures to improve the handling of this type of situation and our staff has been properly briefed, not least because of this experience.
