It is a nice place, good Latin atmosphere with music, singers... the room is spacious but the chairs were a little dirty. The service was very good and attentive... the smoking room has sofas, chicha pipes at your disposal, table football, billiards. The food is good. Nothing out of this world but in my opinion very expensive for what it is. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

English below: We went on April 26 where there was supposedly going to be a concert but at 10 pm when we left no artist arrived. We arrived and ordered our appetizers and drinks which the waitress didn't know and had no problem saying that she didn't know any of the 4 items we ordered. It took them about 40 minutes to bring a couple of tickets! When we wanted to order the second one they told us that this one had to be reserved!! (Broiled chicken) and if we wanted it we could do it but it would take 40 more minutes! We obviously said no and asked for the bill which took a long time to bring and we stopped to pay at the cashier because we already wanted to leave when we were paying at the cashier the waitress (as a joke I want to believe) told us that we wanted to leave without paying!! The cocktails were poor, they used sugar instead of rubber syrup and you could feel the grains of sugar. The place is on the third floor and in general we perceive it as dirty as well as the cutlery. We obviously said no and asked for the bill which took a long time to bring so we stood up to pay at the cashier because we already wanted to leave, when we were paying at the cashier the waitress (as a joke I want to believe) told us that we wanted to leave without paying!! We went one day when there was supposed to be a concert by a salsa group but they never arrived until 10 pm when we left. The waitress was very rude, she didn't know her own menu, and it took about 40 minutes to serve us the food and it was only the starter. When we wanted to order the second (grilled chicken) they said that the chicken was reserved!xd And that if we wanted it it would take 40 more minutes!! Incredible. We asked for the bill and they also took a long time, so much so that we had to stop to pay at the cashier and be able to leave, to which the waitress told me that she wanted to leave without paying!! I just wanted to leave. The cocktails were of poor quality, they used sugar instead of rubber syrup in my drink and the place felt dirty in general. Do not go! Very bad experience!!
