Il posto Ć© bello, il ristorante anche e naturalmente anche il gelato che ho mangiato io e mia moglie Ć© stato buono, l'unica cosa Ć© che abbiamo dovuto aspettare con la terrazza vuota piĆ» di 20 minuti prima che ci hanno portato il gelato ordinato e poi per pagare siamo dovuti andare noi a cercare i camerieri per pagare il conto ā Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly

I would have rated 4 star but rating 2 due to it being spoiled on the last day by the staff at the evening meal. I was served the wrong main by accident which isn't a problem, what was an issue is I had eaten a mouthful of food before noticing. After telling the staff they took my plate and served it too the correct table. I tried telling them I had eaten a piece of the plate and had used my cutlery to cut bits up. I'd used my knife and fork for an appertiser too. They didn't care and said it was ok. 10-15 minutes later I've seen at the service table, that the kitchen staff had put meat on a vegetarian option. They just removed the meat and replaced it with the vegetables and served it too someone. Not even redone the plate. Lastly when I went to pay for my meal the waiter took my card off me and without showing me the card reader tried tapping my card for me. Which when I said no I'll pay show me the total first. He replied just relax and laughed. I ended up paying myself after taking the card back off him and seeing the final amount. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet

Fantastic restaurant that serves wonderful dishes. It also serves local and seasonal dishes, such as fish or game. The staff was very attentive and could help us with all our "ExtrawĆ¼rste". Nearby activities: There's a lot of nature around the hotel as it's on a mountain. The Zugerberg is considered a local recreational area with plenty of opportunities to hike, grill in the forest and even winter sports. The cable car going up the mountain is just two bus stops from the hotel, or ten minutes by foot. Food & drinks: The restaurant is fantastic, in fact this visit was just to dine and not for a stay at the hotel. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value, High-tech
