The hotel is very bad and does not have the usual hotel services. It has insects and they give you insect killer spray and you act the same way. They do not have parking. I had to rent a parking lot for my car in a far place to park it. The employee at the reception did not treat her well. They did not even take the bags. It happened that I went out during the rain and put all my bags on the car without any help from them. They refused to help, so the visit would never be repeated, and it is not worth a single franc. If you wanted a valet parking, a porter for lugagge, a concierge to assist you in all your requests, a 24h room service, you should have booked one of the 5* stars hotels that there is in Geneva.
