Weird place ina weird place. No keys on room doors (« oh we don’t need these here » the owner said to me), false accusations of guests, wrong booking, wrong billing……. We will not be back

I have been staying here and organising yoga retreats for 7 years now and each time I love it more! Starting from breath taking view, the cute village, to the authenticly designed hotel, everything makes you relax and disconnect from the city. Ricky, Roland and the team are amazing, always welcoming us with a big smile. The food is so so delicious that even my non-vegeterian kids and clients love it! Meal times are favorite times of my retreats! The yoga room is by far the best one I’ve seen in Switzerland or the world! With thr amazing view and huge, comfortable, wooden space, my students always fall in love to yoga classes. The small SPA is very relaxing, and after the sauna you can jump to bio pool! We always make great hikes just outside of the hotel and it never gets boring or old! The rooms are clean and comfortable with great views. I brought about 150 guests here and they always love and want to come back! Thank you Hotel Balance team for making this paradise for us!
