I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Arvenstube in the beautiful historic hotel Waldhaus on top of the hill at Sils Maria. The hotel kindly accepted to pick us up and drive us back to our different hotel in Sils Maria. Quite practical as the walk up/down hill in winter can be quite slippery. The hotel is amazing inside with lots of wood and musicians. Overall the food was very good but with a few hick-ups that were solved only after lengthy discussions with management of the restaurant. Indeed we had in particular to wait almost 1 hour between appetizer and main. The management ultimately did a gesture on the check. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 90–100 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
